About Us

Ember Realty and property management

Ember Realty serves Orlando and the broader Central Florida region with a commitment to innovation and excellence. We harness cutting-edge technology to optimize our client’s return on investment while upholding the timeless values of exceptional customer service, integrity, and professionalism. Our vision is to transform property management and real estate practices better.

Traditional brokerages have long followed a familiar model, which has proven effective to a certain extent. However, we believe the industry is ripe for change. Contemporary property management companies and brokerages tend to be highly independent and commission-driven, focusing on minimizing overhead and maximizing profits. While this approach may benefit a select few at the top, it often leaves agents and managers overworked, stressed, and ultimately exiting the field.

Visit online forums such as reddit.com/r/realtors and reddit.com/r/propertymanagers, and you’ll see that agents struggle to keep up with their workload, resulting in inadequate customer service and frustrated clients. Many clients are left questioning the value of their agents and managers. This observation drives our conviction that the market must adapt—and indeed, it is already evolving, despite resistance from entrenched industry leaders.

At Ember Realty, we take inspiration from Henry Ford’s assembly line concept and the benefits of labor division. By enabling our team members to concentrate on their areas of expertise, we can provide superior service while maintaining rigorous quality control. We strive to enhance every aspect of our clients’ relationships and transactions by leveraging the unique talents of our team members.

Join us on our mission to revolutionize how property management and real estate are conducted and experience the Ember Realty difference.
