What Does It Cost?
The Landlord Protection Plan is included with our qualifying premium management plan, so you receive enhanced protection without needing to shop for separate landlord coverage on your own.
Malicious Damage
Up to $35,000 in coverage for intentional damage caused by tenants.
Loss of Rent
Covers lost rental income due to tenant skips, delinquency, and other unforeseen events.
Eviction Costs
Up to $5,000 for eviction filing and defense fees, plus coverage for sheriff costs.

Loss of Rent
- Tenant Skip (Lease Break) : 8 weeks
- Tenant Delinquency (Eviction Order Granted): 10 weeks
- Tenant Delinquency (Writ of Possession Obtained): 12 weeks
- Tenant Death (Sole Tenancy): 12 weeks
- Tenant Murder or Suicide: 25 weeks
- Untenable (Malicious damage to building): 8 weeks
- Untenable (Malicious damage to contents): 8 weeks
- Victims of Violence: 4 weeks
Additional Benefits
- Up to $35K in Malicious damage to building and/or contents
- Up to $15K in Theft or damage due to theft
- Up to $5K in Eviction filing fee, Eviction defense costs
- Uo to $600 in Sheriff, Marshall or Constable fees
- Up to $5K Loss due to use of Digital Lock Boxes
- Up to $1K Service and/or companion animal damage
- Up to $400 for Re-keying of locks
A deductible of $1500 per event will be applied to all Malicious Damage and Theft Claims.

This exclusive protection is only available for properties professionally managed by Ember Realty.
Rent & Location Requirements
Cover is not available on any property with a monthly rent below $1,000 or that is located within the five boroughs of New York City.
Policy & Claim Conditions
All claims are settled according to the lesser of the rent on the current lease, or up to a maximum per month rent cover of $3,000. Cover is subject to Policy Wording conditions, exclusions, and limitations.
